Chocolate Hazelnut French Macarons. Yet another failure. I didnt get that smooth top and ruffled feet): This must be the millionth time I'm trying chocolate macarons. Maybe its because I swapped out almonds for hazelnuts, which were more oily. Well, I think I'm closer, some of them got feet, but they are so unnoticable, and most probably my imagination. I'll try Jocelyn Shu's macaron recipe, it is a cooked meringue so should be more stable(:
