Madagascar Bourbon vanilla bean cupcakes with Swiss raspberry meringue buttercream. Or just raspberry vanilla cupcakes. (: I love the batter when its flecked with vanilla bean seeds, it makes it look like ice cream. I have a fruit puree, no food colouring buttercream obsession. The colour is so much prettier that way.
