Hazelnut Macarons with Nutella filling. Haha I love hazelnuts(: But they are much coarser than almonds and take forever to sift. Haha, so I gave up halfway and dumped it all in. These macarons are really fragile though, many cracked while I was filling them. I desperately need silpat. My no brand cheapo silicon mat is too small and doesnt work. When I try to scrape the macarons off, their pretty feet get destroyed. ):

Oh yes made chocolate transfers for sec 4 farewell cake. They are extremely difficult, you need alot of practice and be good at art. So I say this is quite a good attempt for me. Traced out design in dark chocolate, filled it in with coloured white chocolate. I need to find a way of emulfyising the food colouring, it stays in specks in the chocolate.

Ballet slippers. Its a bit smudged coz the chocolate wasnt properly hardened when I applied the next layer. Also the ribbons broke off ):

Dance fantasia: It was great to be at ucc again. Sajc was good too, very zakish but vj was better even though they were so similar. CHIJ must be the only chinese dance I've ever liked, it was very graceful. Cresent was wayy good, their energy level was really amazing. Oh man I love their dance(: Haha we are their biggest fans.

For our dance, it was quite good except Vanessa's bad fall at the end. At the end it was comparably silent, maybe the audience were amazed by our bravery, or so we think. Today Vanessa got this huge painful bruise that has all the colours of the rainbow):

Rapture by sajc: It was quite good I guess, comparing to how many items they put up. But they werent coordinated and some of the items werent anything special. Miss wee and zaki's item at the end was quite good. And they performed their syf for the millionth time. The only really really good item was by NUS, and it was really sharp and their technique is wow. The chereography was very similar to Zakis. By Zaini! Omg hahaha(:

BUTS: The stage was slanted): So it was much more tiring to dance and lean forward so you wont pirouette backwards or something. Now we love the ucc stage even more. But during the actual performance the inbalanced centre of gravity thing didnt really affect us. It was one of the best ones, maybe because it would be the last complete performance.

I hate how they announce the results, you have to hope your school isnt called out during the commendation prizes. By some miracle, we didnt. And by that time we already knew who the 2nd runner up was. We were so giddy with happiness. God really helped us through, because with our own efforts there would be no way.
