I love summer. Its when all my favourite fruits are in season: cherries, strawberries, peaches.



Made cherry ice cream, it involved an hour of pitting cherries with a piping tip, cherry juice stained hands and cramped fingers. But really worth it, cherries have the most gorgeous colour in the world.


Leftover cherries, so made chocolate cupcakes with chopped fresh cherries.


Topped with white chocolate whipped ganache, the best frosting ever. I tried to do a rose swirl, ganache melted really quickly, so it sucks.
