White chocolate and passionfruit cupcake, used my gumpaste flowers from long ago.


Passionfruit fool


White chocolate whisper cupcake, with passionfruit mousse frosting. Too soft to pipe anyway. Cupcake just has a whisper of cocoa butter.



Blackberry sorbet. I keep on making sorbets nowadays, they are too easy. You just puree fruit add sugar and water and freezeeee. (:
