Finally a successful roulade! My fourth try(: It cracked a little, but at least it didnt fall apart. Maybe a thinner sheet cake would have been easier to roll.
Bittersweet roulade with orange chantilly. Its a world apart from store bought roll cakes, with their tough sponges and greasy fillings. Flourless chocolate souffle batter baked in a half sheet pan, with orange perfumed whipped cream and orange peel.


I made a mini pave with left over batter and chantilly(: Its rather messy.
