New layout, my last one was old and stinky. It was a phrase, I admit. I cant care now for powdered sugar frostings and gumpaste flowers. I realise it doesnt have to be a masterpiece to taste good.
Dark chocolate hazelnut cookies. Originally Bittersweet decadence cookies, I made a hazelnut version. Its a very very dark chocolate dough, I think there is more Valrhona chocolate in it than all the other ingredients combined. I love it the glossy-ness of it all(: Chewy outside, soft very bittersweet centre. I need to toast the hazelnuts, the flavour was too subtle.
