Forest noir cake. The lack of alcohol has no longer inhibited me from cherries in desserts. Beneath the darkest of chocolate glazes, three layers of chocolate genoise cake layers brushed with cherry syrup. sweetened whipped cream and cherries. Topped with more fresh cherries.

In general, I get quite put off whenever I see other blackforest cakes in bakeries. Maybe its the name, or the fact its loaded with cream and cheap dyed cherries.



Cheryl Lam and I went shopping at vivo after church. Haha omg, (mostly window) shopped til we dropped. Cheryl tried her first creme brulee! (:


Went to school on Monday, loaded with more homework. Zaki practice later without zaki. We are so dead, dance night is so close already. Dance comm practice was crazy! Next thing you know ♥ Dance comm outing tomorrow!
