Milk chocolate espresso meringue mini cake. Espresso meringue layers speckled with freshly ground coffee, layered with swiss milk chocolate mousse. Topped with Kahlua whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder. For my dad's birthday(:

Dark chocolate souffle with black cherry sorbet. I love the purple black hue of the sorbet. Sauteeing bing cherries makes a really intense sorbet.

Fresh ginger ice cream with dark chocolate truffles. I dont like any spice flavored ice cream, but this one wasnt too strong . The ginger flavour was light and refreshing with nuggets of dark chocolate truffles(:
