Back to old school.


Haha tracing our heritage, with Cheryl and Melinda. Its a pretty compound anyway(: Except for the more than 100 steps. Free Wall e tickets! When we went to cathay some guys gave us three tickets that they 'accidentally bought'. And there were exactly 3 extra. Hahaha omg cheryl didnt spend a cent that day.




Vivo with Esther Meibin Sheryl and Nat. Sharon was sick): Make it happen was quite nice, haha plot cliched as most other dance movies. But they dance really well(:





Dinner at Novena with sophia grace f tricia maisie! (: Haha it was nice catching up. We ate so much(:

Dark chocolate shortbread base, topped with strawberries and chocolate mousse. Strawberries on top as of previous charlotte. For RAD potluck party at anette's house on Sunday. Haha simpsons and retarded games at the park(: Mrs lim dropped by to give us our exam certificates with her husband too. Ah she brought petit fours from goodwood. We had so much food in the end, only ate about half of what we brought.


My stupid cake self destructed by the time it got there. The mousse is not stabilised with gelatin so it was more sensitive to temperature than I had thought.


Nicole! Haha my roulades always cracked for the first 3 tries. Yours is seriously not bad(: Hahaha okay chocolate raspberry roulade. Mixed about the recipes and oven times, actually ended up okay(: Flourless chocolate roll cake filled with whipped cream and raspberries.

Not until the break of day from national day a long way back ago. Camwhoring and missing all the celebrations, jamie the next top photographer(:





Cherry focaccia. I love it really, sweet-savoury bread. I really need a proper cherry pitter, I use a piping tip as a makeshift and the cherries end up all deformed.


Raspberry Beignets, an italian doughnut filled with raspberry jam. Maybe its just me or I dont like anything fried. I dont think I fry doughnuts properly.


Matcha macarons with chocolate chestnut filling. I think more matcha powder in the macaron next time
