Lemon apricot mousse cake. Lemon chiffon cake layers brushed with spicy ginger syrup, with lemon mousse and fresh apricots. For my grandfather's birthday dinner, which got cancelled so I'm trying to figure out a way to finish up the cake ): I've never used fresh apricots in a cake before, my mum bought a huge basket of them, so I tried using them in a lemon cake.





White chocolate raspberry cheesecake, for fellowship sunday. I decorated it with strawberries, which actually doesnt make any sense.. I used korean strawberries which looks nice whole but strange when cut up. I wish I didnt do it.



I kind of liked the cake, even though I dont like cheesecakes on the whole. It only had half the amount of cream cheese than in other cheesecakes. It has a sour cream topping too.

Making marshmallows. I've always wanted to try them.

Whipping the mixture til its fluffy.


Cutting up the marshmallows and dusting with icing sugar. Its a bit sweet and didnt hold up well at room temp. Oh well, it makes good s'mores.
